Christmas stuff

It's so weird that all year long, you know what you want for Christmas. But then when your parents ask what you want for Christmas around Christmas time, you might not exactly know. This happened to me. I eventually remembered...I think.....

My afternoon(partly)

Today, I stayed after school until 6 o'clock. Then, I went to a church organization that is called JAM. JAM stands for Jesus And Me because we are Christian.
Today something interesting happened. Some people were trying to steal jewlery! I don't want to point fingers but I literally was standing right next to this person and he tried to take it when he thought I wasn't looking. Seriously people? Learn to be mature.

2,000 page views!

So...today, I found out that I have 2,000 page views! Yay! I think page views are how many times that someone has viewed your page. It's still pretty cool. To me at least.
I also have over 100 post(almost 200!)! I think I have grown since the beginning of 5th grade. I can tell and I am happy because of that.

my bday

Today, I had a good FABULOUS Birthday!all of my friends supprised me at my locker and...DECORATED IT!!! I was so....sooooooooo(x10000000000000)
HAPPY! I mean there were a million words to describe what was going through my brain right then but I was absolutely happy indeed!

My AHW

Today, we read Retired by Cynthia Rylant. I think it was a good story but the theme was a little tricky. I actually had two themes. My goal is to finish the mark of the dragonfly by Friday. I hope to read all 10 Birbery books!

Story:

I jumped out of the window, prepared for the worst. I clenched my hands together as if to say I was somehow...well...scared. I've never been scared in my whole entire life--except once. That was the day that they took papa away from us.
"No!" I cried, "p-please don't take him away..."
"He should be going to jail for this crime. He might be..."
"He has rights--" my father started.
"Silence! I have had enough of this! This is not the respect that we should be given, after all we are from the city of light," Sir Chance said
"P-papa," I tried my hardest to stop the tears. It was like an eruption of pent up feelings coming out of me. Sir Chance walked out of the door as his guards started to pick up papa.
"Will we ever see you again?" My brother looked like he was about to cry.
"Maybe so. I will miss you all," he was then pulled away by the guards and hauled into their carriage.

Today, I had a basic day! Yay!!!

My favorite part on my day was gym. I Love love LOVE gym!
Another big thing for me is something very VERY important. Here, I'll give you some hints....:

I am thankful for dance it makes me feel like I am free

Acorns?

Today, Colette told me to write about acorns. Our conversation went something like this:
"Hey Colette, what should I write about?"
"I dunno..."
"WHAT!?"
"Okay..ummm ACORNS!"
"Acorns, cool. Wait... That's too boring...actually okay fine,"

So... Acorns come in the fall and they are brown. They come off trees!!! And they smell okaaaay!

My day:

Today, I had to stay at school UNTIL SIX TO DO PLAY PRACTICE! And then I went to dance at 7:15 and got out at 8:00 and went home, shared my JS thing and here I am, writing on my blog. I had an OK day. I was mostly tired but I can't wait for FNL because it is fun. 

my mood:

Today, I feel very tired. I did not feel like going to school this morning because I was tired. And I am STILL tired. :(
For my ss project, I made a bracelet. It is multi colored but the colors could have actually been used from a Sumerian crafter.
I am glad I finished my project! :)
